Sanity is a raiding guild on the Bladefist (EU) server. Our main focus is 25m PvE raiding.
We're a stable and enjoyable guild community with people who are anxious to beat the raid content out there. The idea that separates us from other guilds is that we are way below "hardcore", but we are some levels above being "casual".
As obvious as it may sound, it's still a notice of somewhat importance:

Below you'll find most of the information you need. We suggest you read it all and afterwards, if still interested, spend more than 5 minutes making your application. You can expect replies to be of the same level of effort as your application. |

| Trial Information |
There's no set time on the duration of a trial period. Some last short, some last long. This all depends on your behaviour, performance and general attitude towards raiding and the guild. The minimum requirements to become a trial are the following:
- Be able to raid 4 days a week from 19:30 til 23:30 (Monday-Thursday) and 5 days a week from 19:30 til 23:30 (Sunday-Thursday) on progress.
- A stable connection and hardware capable of going through the end-game content.
- Stay involved in the guild's progress, activities and everything else related by checking the site on a regular basis.
- Willing to clear content completely, including achievements.
- Have a decent amount of PvE-experience.
- When you're told what to do, we expect you to do it the best way possible and not need an explanation on how and with what to do it.
- Use common sense, able to take logical decisions during fights is required, being able to contribute in a meaningful way when discussing strategies is a plus.
- Have Ventrilo installed and working sound is mandatory! Having a working microphone is a big plus!
- Be able to take criticism without taking it personally, when you continously manage to fuck up the same thing your name will come up on vent, don't cry about fingerpointing.
- Gear is usually not an issue but we're not into gearing players! Do not bother trying in Naxx gear, even guildless you can do better. Having gear enchanted and gemmed for the best possible raid performance is required.
- Prioritize raiding over any other form of game activity when online during raid times.
- Show up to raids prepared, meaning: stocked on food, reagents, consumables, knowing the basic tactics and everything else the raid requires.
- We're an English speaking guild, do not apply if you're not able to understand, write, read and listen to English.
- Be able to take a joke or two without getting offended!
- If you get in while your progress is behind ours, make sure you have a decent knowledge of the bosses we are farming and/or attempting.
- Last but not least: We're going for progress as a guild, we're not the ones to make sure you're getting your personal achievements/gear.
